Upstairs there is just room for a cot at the end of the 4’6 double bed in the tiny double bedroom. It has a very small bathroom next door, which has a shower over the bath.
Downstairs is an attractive little sitting room with a small sofa and a log burner leading through to an airy and light kitchen diner, with French doors opening onto a sunny patio which overlooks the private walled garden.
It has night storage heaters to keep the cottage warm along with the wood burner.
A door leads through the garden wall to a car space off the main road. The patio is given privacy from the Place walled garden by a hurdle fence and leaning over it is a fruiting fig tree and apple tree.
The small terrace is a secret and sheltered sun trap and even in the high season is an oasis of peace.
It is approximately 200 yards from the launching slipway and dinghy park.
Lavender has excellent broadband and wi-fi.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £30 per dog / per week
